As a group, you can get more out of unique modes like Castle Siege, more confidently traverse the open world thanks to meaningful guild rewards, and better contend with hostile players. Fortunately, there is (sometimes) honor among guilds.
Not every group promotes devious etiquette and devilish behavior. Some simply offer comradery — hang out, match outfits, casually run dungeons, or explore Solisium. For others, it’s all about those moment-to-moment triumphs while working toward high guild ranks from humble beginnings. Here’s everything you need to know to join your next guild.
Overview
To find the right group, first ask yourself what type of guild would you enjoy the most. Want to focus on specific game modes? There’s a guild for that. How about leaderboards? There’s a guild for that too. Now think about what you’re most excited about in THRONE AND LIBERTY. There’s a guild for that, if you want to create it. Gather players with shared interests, goals, or something else entirely for an even more satisfying experience.
Membership grants you access to a long list of guild-exclusive benefits, including special shops and supplies, additional resources, Guild Raids, Guild Contracts, Dynamic Guild Events, Guild Emblems, Conquest Battles, a Guild Base, and Guild Rank. Guild Rank, accumulated via activities like guild PvP modes and Contracts, grants successful groups daily milestone rewards and powerful skills, such as the ability to control the weather.
Looking for more practical advantages? The extra support in open-world activities will help bolster progression. More easily explore dangerous regions crawling with vicious monsters, thwart aggressive players, and acquire better gear. Find a guild early in your adventure to take advantage of each perk.
How to Join
Join the official THRONE AND LIBERTY Discord to gather your guild. Upon joining the Discord Server and agreeing to the server rules, you will choose your platform, region, and notification settings. Different channels will appear based on your preferences.
Guild recruitment in-game is a few search filters away. Browse various types, view requirements, and reach out to potential guilds. Your top choice might not be the one you expect, so don’t be afraid to try different groups. Between all of their quirks, your favorite activity is a great place to start.
Activities
Castle Siege
Compete to claim Stoneguard Castle. The current reigning guild will close gates, bolster defenses, and relentlessly fight to stop those brave, or foolish enough, to attempt to seize control. You’ll also need to contend with several other guilds vying for the throne. Dodge raining arrows, cascading spells, and more while laying siege in numerous ways based on your playstyle:
Brute force: Breach the castle walls with massive golem transformations.
Stealth: Sneak through the sewers to attract less attention. Just make sure it isn’t raining...
Opportunistic: Hitch a ride on a giant flying whale to bypass the castle’s defenses or take advantage of the chaos amidst another guild’s push to make your own advancement elsewhere.
No matter your strategy, all tactics will converge at the throne. There can only be one champion of Stoneguard Castle. Form alliances to rule together or betray your way to the top.
Tax Delivery
Deliver accumulated taxes from the manor to the castle and survive hostile guilds trying to steal your wealth.
Conquest Battles
Battle for the Boonstone: Once you interact with the Boonstone in the hunting grounds, the capture begins. The guild that successfully captures and holds it until the end of the event will get additional experience points and item drops.
Battle for the Riftstone: Gather your guild members within a defined area to obtain points and capture the Riftstone. If enough points are achieved, the capture will be successful and your guild will earn additional chances to defeat bosses and get stat buffs.
Guild Raids
Level up your guild to face off against more powerful foes and earn more desirable gear.
Open-World Bosses
Anyone can challenge an open-world boss. However, you’re far more likely to walk away with valuable rewards as a guild. These PvPvE battles require a balanced strategy to fend off other players alongside giant, lethal creatures.
Dungeons
Dimensional Circle: Dimensional Circle offers a variety of instanced dungeons for distinct loot. Take on new, more difficult dungeons like Specter’s Abyss, Cursed Wasteland, and Butcher’s Canyon as you level up and master your abilities as a Star-born.
Field Dungeons: Journey into open-world dungeons around Solisium alone (with a higher chance of death) or alongside friends. Strong enemies await, although the greatest obstacle will likely be the other players.
Dynamic Guild Events
During Dynamic Events, specific areas of the map will feature various activities like wolf hunting contests or Lantern Seed Festivals. These events fall into one of three categories: Peace (PvE), Dominion (PvP), or Guild. Only guilds can join dynamic guild events.
